Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. You’ll split time between Buchanan & Ossining clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, providing one-on-one OT care and designing individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold a NY OT license (or eligibility), with outpatient experience preferred. Strong communication, patient education skills, and a commitment to evidence-based care are essential.

Qualifications

• OT program graduate.
• NY State Occupational Therapy License or eligible.
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads).
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Sensory integration experience a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Buchanan & Harrison| Outpatient Clinics

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
