Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ossining and Croton-On-Hudson. You will provide individualized outpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and have opportunities for career advancement in our state-of-the-art facilities.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$90,000 plus generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapist Program.
• Hold a NYS Occupational Therapy License or be eligible.
• Preferred outpatient experience, mentorship available for new grads.

Job Description

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k-$90k

Ossining & Croton-On-Hudson | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring aFull-Time Occupational Therapistto join our growing team! You'll split time between our Harrison & Croton-On-Hudson clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
