Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Bayside, Queens and Great Neck is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. You'll deliver one-on-one OT care across multiple state-of-the-art clinics and contribute to customized treatment plans.

The position offers a salary range of $80k–$90k per year, generous PTO, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement with CEU support, and leadership and career advancement programs to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• OT Program graduate
• NYS OT license or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• CPR/First Aid certification required

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k
Bayside, Queens & Great Neck | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring aFull-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You'll split time between our Bayside, Queens & Great Neck clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
