Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for East Northport & Hauppauge outpatient clinics. You will provide one-on-one OT care, evaluate and design care plans, fabricate splints, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The anticipated base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 per year, with generous PTO and comprehensive benefits. Prior outpatient experience and NYS OT license are preferred.

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k-$90k
East Northport & Hauppauge | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring aFull-Time Occupational Therapistto join our growing team! You'll split time between our East Northport (3 days) & Hauppauge (2 days) clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Sensory integration experience a plus
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
