Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinics. You’ll split time between East Northport (3 days) and Hauppauge (2 days), with state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team.

You will provide one-on-one OT care, design and adjust care plans, fabricate splints, document progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team. The role offers a competitive salary, generous PTO, benefits, and opportunities for leadership and career

Competenze

• OT program graduate.
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Sensory integration experience a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certifications are required.

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k

East Northport & Hauppauge | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You’ll split time between our East Northport (3 days) & Hauppauge (2 days) clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care


• Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans


• Fabricate custom splints as needed


• Document evaluations and treatment progress


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
