Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our Bayside, Queens & Great Neck outpatient clinics. You will split time between clinics and deliver one-on-one OT care in state-of-the-art facilities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80k–$90k plus generous PTO, health and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement with CEU support, and leadership/career advancement programs.

Bayside, Queens & Great Neck | Outpatient Clinics

Metro PT is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team! You’ll split time between our Bayside, Queens & Great Neck clinics, both equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care

• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Sensory integration experience a plus
• Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
