S P O T, Inc in Northern California is seeking an Out-Patient Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Redding. You will evaluate children and implement individualized therapy plans within a collaborative team.

New graduates are welcome; mentorship resources will support growth. Requirements include OT licensure and a pediatric specialization. We offer a competitive salary, education assistance, health insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current OT licensure in the state.
• Pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory integration and fine motor skills.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of fine motor, sensory integration and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals for continuity of care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and supervise COTAs as needed.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,399.35 per year

S P O T, Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Out-Patient Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to children in our outpatient clinic setting. You will work collaboratively with a team of therapists and support staff to deliver individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each child.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills of each child

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life

Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions

Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care

Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed

Supervision of COTAs as needed

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited college or school

Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred

Knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine motor skills development, and adaptive equipment,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy

Basic understanding of how to use EMR system or willingness to learn
