Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, SC is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents, coordinate care with families and physicians, and maintain documentation in medical records.

The role includes providing in-services and training for facility staff, and opportunities for advancement across the 14 sister facilities. A Bachelor's degree is required; a master's or doctorate is preferred, with state licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

General Purpose

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.

Qualification

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Occupational Therapy.

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Certifications

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.

Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.

Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
