Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, South Carolina is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in our skilled nursing and rehab facility.

You will collaborate with families, physicians and health team, document services, and participate in ongoing staff training. We offer $42-44/hour, PRN opportunities across 14 sister facilities, and appreciation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; State licensure required.
• Casamba and Point Click Care proficiency preferred.
• Current continuing education per state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in skilled nursing and rehab setting.
• Communicate with families, physicians and health team.
• Maintain documentation in medical records.
• Conduct in-services and training for facility staff.
