Job summary

Rehab Strategies in Beech Grove, IN is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and families to maximize outcomes. A licensed OT with a relevant degree will provide education to patients and caregivers and document

Qualifications

Current state OT license in Indiana.
Graduated from accredited OT program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
Implement therapy interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and functional mobility.
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and families to maximize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on strategies for success at home and in the community.
Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
