Job summary

Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Castro Valley, CA. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $60-$65/hour DOE and the chance to impact residents’ recovery in a boutique 50-bed setting.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support daily living activities and safety. California OT license required.

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT interventions focused on functional independence.
• Help residents improve activities of daily living, mobility, and safety.
