Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based OT interventions focused on ADLs and mobility.
  • Supervise and guide COTAs and discuss care plans with the team.
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Educate residents and caregivers on strategies and home safety.
  • Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities.
