Sierra Valley Rehab Center in Porterville, CA is actively seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in a post-acute care setting. You will evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions to help residents regain independence in daily activities.
This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supervising COTAs, educating residents and families, and contributing to discharge planning. CA licensure and CPR are required or obtained upon hire.
Location: Sierra Valley Rehab Center – Porterville, CA
Pay Range: $60/hour-$65/hour
Schedule: All Shifts Available (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)

We are currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions for residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care plans and support recovery goals in a post-acute care environment.
Ability to assist residents in therapeutic movements and mobility tasks; Frequent standing, walking, pushing, and lifting; Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical care duties as needed
