Job summary

Simpsonville Post Acute in Simpsonville, SC seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide patient-centered therapy, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

You will assess residents, develop individualized plans, document progress, educate families, and participate in discharge planning, with familiarity of PCC and Casamba preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• South Carolina OT license in good standing is required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services per physician orders and care goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
