Simpsonville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide patient-centered therapy that improves residents’ independence and quality of life. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

This full-time position offers hourly pay of $45–$50, with medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and available PRN opportunities within our network.

Qualificações

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
• Active South Carolina OTR license (in good standing).
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services per physician orders and care goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Conduct staff in-services and training.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations.
