Job summary

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team in San Bruno, CA. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities with pay ranging from $58.00 to $65.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California OTR license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and function.

Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents and develops individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life. Working under physician orders, the Occupational Therapist collaborates closely with nursing, rehabilitation, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care.
