Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents, improving daily activities and maximizing independence. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in OT with SC licensure; experience in skilled nursing or rehab is preferred. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday days, with a competitive benefits package and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred)
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and clinical skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings
• Conduct staff education and in-service training
