Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate residents and provide evidence-based therapy to improve daily functioning. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and quality of life for residents.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $45–$50 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists, and a Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred)
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings
• Conduct staff education and in-service training
