Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents, improving daily activities, restoring function, and maximizing independence. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The position offers competitive pay of $45-$50 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time therapists, a Monday-Friday day shift, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; advanced degree preferred.
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.
