Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care and evaluation of medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
• Determine potential for rehabilitation and establish specific treatment goals under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients, document and record patient condition.
• Educate patients and families in appropriate occupational therapy methods.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
