Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Casper, WY. The OT will provide licensed therapeutic services per physician orders and work with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, current state OT license (or active licensure application), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
