Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment in Montana. The role involves delivering skilled OT services in SNF/LTC settings and follows physician orders, with a days schedule.

The OT will assess patient needs, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet therapeutic goals and ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state license as OT or in licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for OT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment! This is a contract position. Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
