Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in Montana seeks an Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment at a SNF/LTC facility. New grads considered with proper licensure steps; you will provide OT services under physician orders and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current state OT license or active licensure application, current CPR, and ability to plan, implement and adjust interventions to meet goals.

• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
