A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include: Must have graduated from an accredited school.Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.Current CPR certification.Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.includes Early Intervention
