Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a great SNF/LTC in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This is a direct hire (perm) position with a day schedule and responsibility for delivering skilled OT services under physician orders.

Eligible candidates include graduates from an accredited OT program or licensed/licensure-pending applicants, with CPR certification. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in early intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or licensure in progress.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify OT interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
• Includes Early Intervention.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
