Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc in the United States is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care team. This is a direct hire/permanent role with a day schedule.

The OT will provide skilled services per physician orders, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual goals.

Competenze

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs and plan, evaluate, and modify care.

A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team!

This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.

Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
