Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join our SNF/LTC team on a permanent, direct-hire basis. The role follows a days schedule and requires licensure in the state of Montana or active licensure process, with CPR certification.

We value collaborative care across disciplines to plan and meet patient goals and deliver high-quality occupational therapy services. This is a stable, full-time position within Centra's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or active application for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services according to physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and adjusts care for OT goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
