Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Billings, Montana for a direct hire / perm assignment. The role is a full-time, day shift position.

The OT will provide skilled therapy services per physician orders, assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and collaborate with all disciplines to reach patient goals in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or in process of licensure.

A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a direct hire / 'perm' assignment!

This is a direct hire / 'perm' position. Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
