Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a SNF/LTC direct hire assignment. Open to experienced or new grads; standard days schedule; role carries accountability to align with organization's vision, values, mission and goals.

The successful candidate will provide skilled OT services per physician orders, assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet care goals.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state OT license or in process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment!This is a direct hire / 'perm' position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
