Lynwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mobile, Alabama invites a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team. This PRN role offers hands-on therapy, collaborative care, and opportunities to impact daily living skills with geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) certification in Alabama.
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred).
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
• Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
• Provide hands‑on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions.
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment.
• Mentor and guide therapy staff.
