Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist who focuses on patient education and compassionate care. You will guide patients and families through injury/condition explanations and coordinate with the care team to support therapy plans.

A servant-leader mindset, strong communication, and collaboration are essential. Open to new grads or experienced therapists; accredited OT degree required; guaranteed 40 hours plus overtime, with a $2,500 sign-on, comprehensive benefits, and 4 weeks PTO.
