Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist to support outpatient pediatric patients, including NICU grads, feeding, cardiac, cancer, neuro and developmental delays. We value a servant-leader mindset and invest in your career for long-term growth.

The position includes a 2-month onboarding ramp to a full caseload, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package with insurance, 401k match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Coachable and eager to grow.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Outpatient Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric therapy across NICU grads, feeding, cardiac, neuro and developmental delays.
• Cross-train opportunities into inpatient pediatrics.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care focused on patient improvement.

Full-time permanent Outpatient Pediatric position with the opportunity to cross train into Inpatient Pediatrics. You will work with NICU Grads, Feeding, Cardiac, Cancer, Neuro and Developmental Delays patients. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
