Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for outpatient pediatrics in Missoula, MT. You will work with children facing Autism, developmental delays, NICU grads, and related conditions, educating families about treatment plans and progress.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration with a large pediatric team, and a patient-centric approach to outcomes, education, and ongoing care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and expected outcomes.
• Care for patients with Autism, Developmental Delays, CP, feeding issues and related conditions.
• Collaborate with large pediatric team to coordinate care for underserved populations.
• Support patient care journey from evaluation through discharge with a patient-centric approach.

This Occupational Therapist will work with patients with Autism, Developmental Delays, Covid Delays, CP, Feeding, and more! Educating the patient and the patient's family is the top priority to help them understand how their body will respond to treatment and where they will go after they leave the hospital.
