Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapy license.
• Current BLS/ CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations with standardized tests.
• Develop and implement in-home treatment plans per physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy for pediatric patients with various diagnoses.
• Engage families with regular progress updates and goal communication.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic care plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of care and changes in treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.


• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.


• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.


• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient


• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.


• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
