Pivot Home Health is hiring a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver home-based therapy for babies and children across Colorado. You’ll work under an OT to advance developmental goals in a family-friendly setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy under OT supervision in home-based and community settings.
  • Address fine motor, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness goals.

  • Manage caseload in coordination with clinical leadership.
  • Document progress using provided tablets and EHR tools.

Region:Lakewood, Wheat Ridge & Arvada
Employment Type: full-time or part-time (FT is 20 visits/week)
Caseload: full caseload of babies and pediatric patients available on day 1
Compensation: $54-$62 per visit

Your Impact as a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

As a home health pediatric COTA, you’ll work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help children reach important developmental milestones and achieve independence in daily routines. You’ll implement treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, play, self-care, and school readiness. By engaging children in meaningful, play-based activities, you’ll help them build confidence and functional skills while supporting families with practical strategies they can use every day.

Requirements
