Location: 19241 David Memorial Dr., Suite 170A, Shenandoah, TX 77385

Hours/Schedule: Part Time - Create a schedule that works for you! Contractor options available.

Salary:

• Part Time OTR: $31-$38/hour depending on experience
• Contractor: $45/hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments), $35.00/supervision, $55/hour treatment (billed in 15-minute increments) on Saturday 3pm-6pm and Sundays; $70 per evaluation
