Job summary

Cole Health in Spring, TX is seeking an licensed Occupational Therapist to join our on-site pediatric therapy team. You will work evenings and weekends as part of a multidisciplinary clinic, collaborating with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy colleagues to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license required or eligible.

• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Location: 8701 New Trails Drive, Suite 115, Spring, TX 77381 (Woodlands, TX).

Schedule Options

• Full‑Time (evenings 3:00 PM–close, weekend availability desired)
• Part‑Time with benefits available
• Four 10‑hour days, Three 10‑hour days, or Traditional 5‑day schedule

Compensation Models

• Full‑Time Hourly: $33.65–$40.87 per hour ($70,000–$85,000 annually), paid by clock‑in/clock‑out
• Part‑Time Hourly: $33–$40 per hour (based on experience), paid by clock‑in/clock‑out
• Pay‑Per‑Visit: $44–$56 per billable hour (based on experience); $70 per Evaluation

Who You Are

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
• Pediatric experience preferred
