Job summary

Cole Health in Conroe, TX seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, on-site team. Four 10-hour days (Mon–Thu, 8am–7pm) and flexible Full-Time or Part-Time options are available to support family-centered care for children.

Schedule

• Four 10‑hour days – Monday through Thursday (8 am–7 pm)

Compensation Options

Choose:

• Pay Per Unit with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
• Pay Per Unit with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrued

Rates

• $44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)
• $70 per Evaluation

Additional Pay Structures

Full‑Time OTR (Hourly Model)

• $33.65 – $40.87 per hour ($70,000 – $85,000 annually)
• Paid based on clock‑in/clock‑out

Part‑Time OTR

• $33 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
