Cole Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in Texas to join our San Marcos and Schertz clinics. You will deliver pediatric therapy with a collaborative team and participate in flexible scheduling that can grow to a full 40-hour week as caseload expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OT/PT/Speech on pediatric therapy delivery.
• Work with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases.
• Leverage Clinical Competency Specialist resources for training.
• Support mentorship programs on-site for staff development.

Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday through Thursday preferred with 30-35 hrs to start with (flexible options available and can build to full 40 hours/wk as caseload builds)

Competitive Compensation

• OTR $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

• COTA $59,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and 40 hour work week

• Paid based on clock-in/clock-out

• Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
