Cole Pediatric Therapy in Humble, TX is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role offers a generous sign-on bonus and a total compensation range of $70,000–$85,000 per year, with flexible scheduling to accommodate work–life balance.

• Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred.
• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree.

Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional five day/8 hours; can do four 10 hour days or even three 10-12 hour days)

Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy (OT) Position is: $70,000- $85,000 per year
