Sigma Health Rehab in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role focuses on evaluating residents, developing rehab plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to improve function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents’ pain using exercises, hands-on therapy and stretching.
• Help residents perform tasks and monitor their performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidence and protect the facility by keeping information confidential.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members and contribute to team effort.
