Sigma Health Rehab is hiring a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for our facility in Brooklyn, NY. You will assess residents, create rehab plans, and work with a team of therapists to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State OT License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
• Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Current New York State OT License
