Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Concord Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY. The OT will evaluate residents, develop rehab plans, and support functional recovery in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.

We offer mentorship, opportunities for new grads, flexible schedules, and weekly pay with competitive compensation. Evening and weekend hours may be available to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop appropriate rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve residents' pain using exercises and hands-on therapy.
• Assist residents with daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with laws and regulations.
• Foster cooperative relationships within the healthcare team.
