Job summary

South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess patients, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call) with competitive pay starting at $47–$60 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Oregon OT licensure is required.

Qualifications

• OT licensure as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills focused on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurate documentation and billing is required.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and productivity alignment.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients.
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure outcomes.
• Meets productivity benchmarks and maintains timely documentation.

Compensation: Starting at $47–$60 per hour

Skills & Abilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
