Job summary

Rose Haven Nursing Center in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support resident care with individualized treatment plans. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay ($48-$65) based on experience.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement OT interventions, document progress, and ensure timely billing while meeting productivity goals and providing compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold Occupational Therapist licensure as required by the state board.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Accurate documentation and billing.
• Problem-solving and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed.
• Designs OT treatment plans and goals to meet patient needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintains documentation and billing accurately and on time.
• Demonstrates ability to meet productivity benchmarks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
