Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Keizer, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN shifts. Starting pay is $47/hr+ DOE. FT shifts are available with flexible scheduling; join a team that values your voice and supports professional growth.

Skills & Abilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care

• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
