Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. We offer competitive pay starting at $47–$52 per hour and full-time shifts with scheduling flexibility.

What We’re Looking For

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care

• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals

• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
