Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehabilitation role in a non-profit hospital setting. You will assess and implement targeted interventions to help patients regain independence after injury, illness, or surgery, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The position offers mentorship from a diverse team and a schedule Monday–Friday with some weekend coverage, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.

About the Position

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This OT will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support as they navigate their recovery journey.
