HealthFlex Home Health Services seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy, assess patient needs, and develop individualized plans to improve independence and daily function. You will work within a supportive team, delivering care across the Bay Area, with flexible scheduling and a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Key requirements include a CA OT license, at least 1 year of OT experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Position Summary

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) specialize in assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities. They assess individual needs, create customized plans, and implement therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance quality of life, all within the comfort of patients' homes.
