Job summary

HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice in California seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence in daily activities within the home setting. You will assess needs, design personalized plans, and implement therapies to improve function and safety, coordinating with families and care teams.

Requirements include a CA OT license, at least 1 year of OT experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Home Health Occupational Therapists (OT) specialize in assisting patients to regain independence in daily activities. They assess individual needs, create customized plans, and implement therapies to improve functional abilities, adapt environments, and enhance quality of life, all within the comfort of patients’ homes.

Compensation

• Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
